Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are NOT responsible for candles that have melted due to climate or transportation.

Refunds
Under special circumstances a refund will be issued. These circumstances are at the discretion of the owner. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
