Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the order.  All orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS. 

* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 
* Shipping fee must be covered incoming and outgoing by the customer for exchanges/returns.
* Items returned after 10 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 
* NO EXCEPTIONS. 
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Incorrect Address

Kinycole Essentials is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts Kinycole Essentials before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled.

If you place an order and provide us with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to us due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of Kinycole Essentials, with no refund issued. 

Delivered Items Missing

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS OR UPS. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.
